阿维菌素类药物残留分析技术研究进展

阿维菌素类药物是目前应用最广泛的抗寄生虫药物.作为脂溶性化合物,在动物体内的残留时间长,因而WHO将其列为高毒化合物,其动物性食品中的残留检测工作引起各国的极大关注.以荧光检测或质谱检测为主的HPLC方法和以抗体为基础的ELISA方法一直是其研究热点.将仪器分析技术的准确性和精密性与免疫分析技术的简便快捷相结合的联合技术的应用也日趋广泛.同时多残留分析技术也是其残留分析技术的发展方向.论文就阿维菌素类药物的残留分析技术进行了综述.
