马铃薯传入甘肃初探

关于马铃薯何时何地传入我国,学术界有不少研究,但关于甘肃马铃薯的传入与种植情况则鲜有专文论述。本文总结前人研究成果,又在发掘部分地方志史料及奏折的基础上,总结马铃薯传入甘肃的时间及其后空间发展演变情况,认为甘肃马铃薯的种植应在十九世纪六七十年代左右。首先从陕西与川陕鄂边境传入陇东南地区,随之缓慢扩散,至民国时已成当地人民口粮大宗。

Study on the Introduction of Potato in Gansu

There are many studies on when the potato was introduced into China, but few papers on the introduction of potato in Gansu. Based on the former research fruits, local chorography and memorials to the throne, this thesis summarizes the introduction history of potato in Gansu including time, place and introducing route, etc. and reaches to a conclusion that the introduction of potato in Gansu should happen around 1860s or 1870s, firstly going through the border of Shaanxi, Sichuan and Hubei to the southeast Gansu and then diffusing gradually. As a result, potato had become the main provision of locals by the time of the Republic of China.
