大型立式轴流泵导轴承荷载分析计算

摘    要:研究大型立式轴流泵导轴承荷载的影响因素,提出荷载计算方法。以ZL30-7型水泵(叶轮直径D=3.1m)导轴承为例,对其荷载进行了计算。造成导轴承荷载的主要因素有:电机空气间隙不对称、叶轮非轴对称来流、叶轮质心偏离转动中心和叶片角度不等。本研究能为导轴承设计提供荷载依据,对减小导轴承荷载、提高可靠性和运行寿命有很大意义。

Abstract:The contributing factors of loading on pilot bearing of a large, vertical, axial flow pump were investigated and a calculating method of the loading was developed. As an example, the bearing load of ZL307 pump (with impellor diameter of 3 1 m) was calculated by the method. The analysis and calculation indicate that the loading of the pilot bearing is mainly created by manufacturing and installing errors, non symmetrical flow in front of the impellor and flow drag on pump axle and the major factors include non symmetrical air gap of the vertical shaft motor, non symmetrical flow in front of the impellor, the swing of the impellor and unequal blade angles. This study lays the foundation of design of pump bearing and is helpful in improving, the reliability and working life of a pump bearing.
