摘    要:用原子吸收法(AAS测定黑脉羊肚菌(Morchellz angusticeps)子实体度生长土壤微量元素,其结果是生长土壤微量元素富集量与子实体中的微量元素富集量都有密切关系。该方法操作简便、分析快速,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:In this article,atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) method was used to determinate the microelements in the fruiting bodies of Morchella angusticeps and the vegetative soil.The results showed that there were close relation between the enrichment quantities of the microelements in the vegetative soil and those in the fruiting bodies.The method was proved to be simple and rapid,and the results were satisfactory.
