摘    要:为摸清中山市蔬菜农药残留现状,收集近4年来蔬菜农药残留检测结果,分析归纳蔬菜中农药残留基本数据,有助于政府相关部门防治食品安全问题,加强农药管理,减少农药对环境的污染及对生态系统的伤害。2009—2012年从市场、基地随机抽取2 562份各类蔬菜样品,采用国家标准检测方法中气相色谱法进行有机磷类、拟除虫菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类共36种农药残留检测;依据GB 2763-2005《食品中农药最大残留限量》进行结果判定。结果表明,2 562份蔬菜样品检出农药超标的蔬菜有187份,超标率为7.3%;检出违规使用的农药涉及有机磷、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯三大类共24种农药,检出234项次;多种农药残留的样品有25份,占检出样品的13.37%,占调查样品的0.98%。4年来蔬菜农药残留总体呈下降趋势;检测样本存在非法使用国家禁用和限用农药、多种农药混合使用现象,农产品质量监管部门应加强重视。

Study on Status and Investigation on Pesticide Residues of Vegetables in Zhongshan City from 2009 to 2012

Abstract:To feel out the status of residual vegetable pesticide in Zhongshan City , the detection data of residual vegetable pesticide in the last 4 years were collected and analyzed and it was benefit for relevant government agencies to strengthen management of using pesticide , control the problems of food safety and reduce the pollution to the environment and the damage of ecosystem. During 2009 to 2012 , 2 562 vegetable samples were collected from markets. The organophosphorus , pyrethroid and carbamate pesticide residues in foods were determined based on national standards of gas chromatography , and estimated based on the GB 2763-2005' maximum residue limits for pesticides in food'. The results showed that there were 187 vegetable samples with their levels higher than the standard limits , which occupied 7.3% of the total sample. And 13.37% of them ( 0.98% of the total sample ) were detected to contain more than one kind of residual pesticide. Besides , pesticides were detected to be illegally used involved three major types ( organophosphate , synthetic pyrethroid and carbamate ) with 24 kinds. Overall , vegetable pesticide residues showed a downward trend last 4 years. Phenomenon of illegal use of national prohibited and restricted pesticides or pesticide mixing were existed among the test samples , which should be taken more seriously by agricultural products quality supervision departments.
