| 摘 要： | 应用ELISA和PCR方法对香蕉病样进行BBTV、CMV、BCV病原检测。结果表明,病样在ELISA反应中对BBTV和CMV表现为阳性,对BSV表现为阴性;而在PCR反应中,对上述3种病毒均表现为阳性。初步研究认为,该病可能是由BBTV和CMV 2种病毒复合侵染所致。

| Abstract: | The ELISA and PCR methods were used for pathogen detection of suspected sample of banana disease like BBTV , CMV , BCV. The results showed that the disease samples were positive to BBTV and CMV , and negative to BSV in ELISA methods.The disease samples were positive to all of the three viruses above in PCR methods. The preliminary conclusion was that the disease may caused by co-infection of BBTV and CMV. |
