| 摘 要： | 通过分析天津农民素质现状和农民素质培养现状,指出了农民素质培养存在的主要问题,探讨了21世纪天津农民素质培养的重要途径。并指出从建设小康社会和知识型社会的高度全面提升广大农民的综合素质具有重要的现实、长远意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of peasants’ quality and its improvement the existed problems were pointed out. And the important methods on improving peasant’s quality in Tianjin city at 21st century were discussed. It was put forward that it was significant for promoting the comprehensive quality of peasants from the view of building well-off society and knowledge-base society. |
