| 摘 要： | 5月21日,国家财政部宣布,今年中央财政在继续保持去年120亿元农资综合直补资金不变的基础上,新增156亿元农资综合直补资金,同比增长130%。如此大幅度的提高农资补贴,是否意味着国家将取消化肥企业的优惠政策,转而加大对农民实施农资补贴?

Whether the Preference on Fertilizer Company Will be Abolished or not |

| Abstract: | On May 21st, the ministry of finance announced that besides the 12 billionRMB direct subside on agricultural means, our government will provide other 15.6 billionRMB in this year. It means that the subside on agricultural means has a growth of 130%. Then we would can not help asking whether our country will abolish the preference on fertilizer company and whether the government will keep enlarging the subside on peasant. |
