IGBT作为变压器有载分接开关的研究

摘    要:目前,在我国有载调压执行机构的核心部件-分接开关仍采用有触点式,其调节速度、工作安全性能等都已不能满足日益发展的社会需求。电力电子技术的发展为无触点式的有载分接开关提供了有利的条件。文章对应用IGBT作为配电变压器的有载分接开关进行了探索性研究。结果表明,应用可控元件作为有载调压分接开关,投切过程中仍需要过渡电阻。

Abstract:At present,the tap-changer as the core part in the operation mechanism of on-load voltage regula-tion still adopts the contact type in our country.Its regulating speed,safety performance,etc.already can't satisfy the developing requirement.While the development of the power electronic technology provides beneficial condi-tion for non-contact on-load tap-changer.The paper researched the on-load tap-changer of distributing trans-former based on IGBT.The result showed that the application of on-load tap-changer based on controllable com-ponent still needed transition resistance in the course of switching.
