| 摘 要： | 介绍了天农青年基金项目申报系统的总体设计思路,从数据库设计,用户登录模块、申请书合同书填报模块和系统管理模块等方面实现了该系统的运行.该系统可实现用户相关信息管理、项目申请书和项目合同书的在线填报、申请书和合同书的管理等功能,为天农科研项目在线申请提供了一个实用的申报平台,同时也方便项目管理者进行项目管理.
