| Abstract: | The immobilization of ribonuclease A on soils constituents (montmorillonite, humic acid, montmorillonite-humic acid complex) is the same with or without sodium cyanoborohydride. The enzyme is not liberated by washing with dilute sodium chloride and this observation is in favor of a great adsorption energy. It is suggested that the different supports inhibited completely ribonuclease activity by combining with the enzyme. |
