| 摘 要： | 从天津市农民素质培养与农业科技推广相互适应的需求调研和实证分析入手,进一步研究了二者相互适应的要求,提出农业技术、推广模式、农民之间是相互制约、相互影响的纽带关系。探讨了农民素质培养与农业科技推广相互适应的新途径——参与式培训模式。

| Abstract: | By investigation and analyzing on peasants quality and agriculture technology popularization in Tianjin, the article studied the two-way adaptation demands. It point out the restrictive and influential relations in agriculture technology, popularization models and peasants quality. It discussed the new method on adaptation of peasants' quality and agriculture technology popularization, which is participation training model. |
