氟离子计法测定桑叶氟化物含量

摘    要:研究了采用氟离子浓度计测定桑叶氟化物含量的方法,探讨了不同样本制备方法对测定结果的影响。结果表明,酸碱浸提与高氯酸浸提处理的样品,二者的测定结果存在显著差异,以酸碱浸提法结果偏低。以此为基础,建立了氟离子浓度计鲜叶直接测定法。实测结果表明,此法简便、快捷、成本低,误差在统计分析允许范围内,实用性较强。

Abstract:A serviceable method of determining mulberry leaf fluoride with a Fluorine ion counter was studied, two sample prepared methods to determine influence of result was probed. Comparing sour alkali soak with perchloric acid soak, there is a remarkable difference, sour alkali soak results on the lower side. Based on this,a new method to determine the fresh leaf with Fluorine ion counter directly was set up. Survey result indicates that this method is convenient, swift and lower costs, the error is allowed in statistical analysis.
