摘    要:通过对乡土三叶草和进口三叶草可溶性糖、叶绿素等生理指标的测定及返青期、水分胁迫下不同植株抗旱性的比较,研究不同种质材料的抗逆性。结果表明,在10月下旬,2种乡土三叶草的叶绿素和可溶性糖的含量均高于进口三叶草,三叶草抗旱性强弱顺序为:乡土白三叶>进口白三叶>乡土红三叶>进口红三叶。乡土三叶草的耐寒性、抗旱性高于进口进口三叶草,绿色期延长10~20 d。

Abstract:The contents of soluble sugar and chlorophyll,the regreening date and drought resistance under water stress of 2 local clovers and 2 introduced clovers were measured to compare their stress resistance.The results indicated that the resistance of the local clovers to cold and drought was better than the introduced clovers,and the green period was longer by 10 to 20 days.
