鸡枞菌的深层培养

摘    要:用发酵工程法,对鸡菌菌丝体深层培养的培养基进行研究.分析测定的结果表明:菌丝体含18种氨基酸,总量达35.6%,总氮为1.56g·L-1,可溶性糖为0.25g·L-1,粗蛋白、铁、钙的含量也相当高.证明鸡菌连续发酵工艺成本低、周期短、效率高.

Abstract:The deep culture medium of the mycelium of Temilmy cea fuliginosus(Berk)Heim was studied in zymolytic engineering in this papar.The total N and the content of amino acid of mycelium were analysed and determined.The total content of 18 kinds of amino acid reached at 35.6% and the contents of crude protein,Fe and Ca were also very high.It has been proved that the continuous zymotechnique of Temilmyces fulig inosus(Berk)Heim is with low cost,short period and high efficiency.
