南疆城市化发展中的生态环境问题与反贫困研究

城市化对贫困的消除、人口素质的提高、产业结构的升级、社会经济的发展、生态环境的保护及改善等方面具有非常重要的决定性作用。城市化发展滞后是南疆人口脱贫缓慢、人口素质较低、生态环境难以改善等问题的主要原因。本文在探讨上述问题的基础上,以多年实地调研资料为主,提出加强南疆生态城市建设和培育一批特色中心城市等城市化发展的新模式来解决社会和自然和谐发展的生态城市建设的新思路及其对策建议。

Eco-environmental Problems and Anti-poverty Research in Urbanization Development in South Xinjiang

Urbanization is very important and decisive role on the elimination of poverty, improving the quality of the population, the upgrading of industrial structure, socio-economic development,and ecological environment protection and improvement and so on. The lag of urbanization development is the main reason of the South Xinjiang slow population out of poverty, the lower quality of the population, hard to improve the ecological environment such problems. In this paper, on the basis of further discussion of these problems and mainly to years of investigations,puts forward the new models of urbanization development to strenghthen the South Xinjiang ecological urban construction and foster a number of characteristics of central cities in order to resolve the new ideas and suggestions of ecological urban construction of social and natural hamonious development.
