摘    要:GA_3、CEPA对板栗花的性别分化有着显著的影响,GA_3促进了板栗雌花的形成,CEPA则相反。GA_3处理后板栗叶片的光合强度一直处于上升状态,呼吸强度上升一定幅度后,维持较高水平,同时也提高了叶绿素含量,并使其快速增加阶段提前至5月4日至9日之间,尔后保持高水平。而CEPA处理后,叶片的光合强度开始时上升,但随即呈下降趋势,其峰值略高于对照,但后期水平却较低,也使叶片呼吸强度处于较低水平,叶绿素含量于5月9日达到最高值后下降到较低水平。

Effect of Spraying GA_3,CEPA on Chestnut Flowers’Sex Differentiation and Physiological Characters
Abstract:Results of spraying GA_3 and CEPA showed they had significant effects on chestnut flowers’ sex differentiation. GA_3 could promote the formation of chestnut's female flowers, but the CEPA had the opposite effect. After treated with GA_3, the photosynthetic intensity of chestnut leaves was increased all the time the respiratory intensity after increased to a certain extent, then maintained in higher level the content of chlorophyll was also increased. In case of the treatment with CEPA, the photosynthetic intensity was raised at first, then maintained in the decreasing state the respiratory intensity and chlorophyll were all kept in lower level.
