摘 要: | GA_3、CEPA对板栗花的性别分化有着显著的影响,GA_3促进了板栗雌花的形成,CEPA则相反。GA_3处理后板栗叶片的光合强度一直处于上升状态,呼吸强度上升一定幅度后,维持较高水平,同时也提高了叶绿素含量,并使其快速增加阶段提前至5月4日至9日之间,尔后保持高水平。而CEPA处理后,叶片的光合强度开始时上升,但随即呈下降趋势,其峰值略高于对照,但后期水平却较低,也使叶片呼吸强度处于较低水平,叶绿素含量于5月9日达到最高值后下降到较低水平。

Effect of Spraying GA_3,CEPA on Chestnut Flowers’Sex Differentiation and Physiological Characters |

Abstract: | Results of spraying GA_3 and CEPA showed they had significant effects on chestnut flowers’ sex differentiation. GA_3 could promote the formation of chestnut's female flowers, but the CEPA had the opposite effect. After treated with GA_3, the photosynthetic intensity of chestnut leaves was increased all the time the respiratory intensity after increased to a certain extent, then maintained in higher level the content of chlorophyll was also increased. In case of the treatment with CEPA, the photosynthetic intensity was raised at first, then maintained in the decreasing state the respiratory intensity and chlorophyll were all kept in lower level. |
