| 摘 要： | 本文简述了针对褐飞虱的点滴法、浸渍法、喷雾法等室内生测方法,从试验材料、环境条件、供试虫态、药剂处理方式、调查方式等影响因素,设计优化了褐飞虱的稻苗浸渍法,提出了合理的操作规范,并在药剂生物活性测定中进行了应用。

| Abstract: | The bioassay method of topical treatment,dipping and spraying for controlling brown rice planthopper were described in brief.The dipping seedling method was designed and optimized from experiment material,surroundings,insects & instar,dealing with insecticide and investigation.A reasonable operation procedure was established.It was useful in bioassay. |
