加油站油气回收检测系统研究与探讨

摘    要:为检验加油站油气回收系统的性能和回收效果,提出了一种油气回收检测系统的设计思路和实现方案,在回收系统中串接了此检测系统,通过系统内的压力、流量等传感器,测量计算出了回收系统的密闭性、液阻以及气液比,来判定回收系统的性能和回收效果,以保证油气回收系统的高效、可靠的运行,从而减少了油气泄漏,降低了污染,提高了回收系统的回收效率,同时给加油站增加了经济效益。

Abstract:In order to test the recycling performance and effect of oil and gas recovery system in gas station, this article presents a new design idea and implementation scheme about the detection system of oil and gas recovery. Through connecting the detection system into the recovery system, and measuring and calculating the airtightness, liquid resistance and gas--liquid ratio of the recovery system by the pressure within the system and the sensor such as the flow rate, it can be used to determine the performance and recovery effect of the recovery system, so as to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the oil and gas recovery system and reduce the oil and gas leak and pollution. To sum up, it can increase the efficiency of the recovery system and bring substantial economic benefits to the gas station.
