早熟梨新品种‘玉香’

摘    要: ‘玉香’为‘伏梨’与‘金水酥’杂交育成的梨新品种。在武汉地区果实成熟期为7 月中旬。果实近圆形,果皮暗绿色,平均单果质量205 g,最大单果质量310 g;果肉白色,肉质细嫩,汁液多,风味浓甜,可溶性固形物含量13.5%,总酸含量0.17%,维生素C 含量12.9 mg · kg-1。早果,丰产,稳产,高抗黑星病。

Abstract:‘Yuxiang’is a new early maturing pear cultivar. It is selected from the cross combination ofPyrus pyrifolia Rehd.‘Fuli’× Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai.‘Jinshuisu’. The fruit ripens in the middle of July.The fruit shape is sub-circle with dark green skin. The average fruit weight is 205 g,and the maximum is310 g. The flesh is white and juicy. It has fine and tender texture. And it has sweet taste. The soluble solidscontent is 13.5%. The total acid content is 0.17%. And the vitamin C content is 12.9 mg · kg-1. It has thecharacters of early fruiting and high-stable yield. It is resistant to pear scab.
