摘    要:‘嫣红’五味子是从野生五味子中选育而成的新品种。果实在9月上旬成熟。果穗平均质量18.07 g,果粒近球形,平均单粒质量0.59 g,成熟果深红色,含可溶性固形物13.5%,还原糖5.63%,总酸6.42%,鲜果出汁率58.4%,适于药用和制汁。

Abstract:‘Yanhong’is a new cultivar which was selected from wild Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill. The fruits mature in early September. The fruit cluster weight is 18.07 g,the fruit is sphere and crimson. The average berry weight is 0.59 g,the fruit soluble solids content is 13.5%,reducing sugar content is 5.63%,the fruit total acid is 6.42%,and the fruit juice rate is 58.4%. The fruits are suitable for pharmaceutical and juice.
