酿酒葡萄新品种‘北国蓝’

摘    要:‘北国蓝’葡萄是以‘左山一’为母本,‘双庆’为父本杂交育成。果穗圆锥形,平均穗质量141.2 g,果粒圆形,果皮蓝黑色,单粒质量1.43 g。果实可溶性固形物15.9% ~ 21.1%,可滴定酸1.83% ~ 2.63%,总酚1.31% ~ 1.68%,单宁0.21% ~ 0.39%。在吉林地区9月中下旬成熟,适宜酿造半干、半甜、甜葡萄酒或作为调酸调色之用。

Abstract:‘Beiguolan’is a new amur grape cultivar derived from‘Zuoshanyi’בShuangqing’. The fruit ear is cone and average fruit cluster weight is 141.2 g. The berry is round with purple-black color. The average weight of single berry is 1.43 g. The soluble solids content is 15.9% to 21.1%,the titratable acid content is 1.83% to 2.63%,the total phenol content is 1.31% to 1.68% and the tannis content is 0.21% to 0.39%,respectively. It ripens in middle to end of September. It is suitable for brewing semi-dry,half sweet,sweet wines,or for the modulation of acid and color.
