摘    要: 红皮梨‘早红玉’是由‘新世纪’与‘红香酥’人工杂交选育而成的新品种。果实圆形,果皮底色绿黄色,阳面1/2着红色,平均单果质量256 g,肉质细脆多汁,石细胞少,风味甘甜,可溶性固形物含量12.8%,可溶性糖7.64%,可滴定酸0.07%,果实发育期120 ~ 130 d。河南郑州地区8月上旬果实成熟,耐贮藏。盛果期果实产量60 t · hm-2

Abstract:‘Zaohongyu’is a new red skin pear cultivar which was selected from the cross‘Shinseiki’בHongxiangsu’. The fruits are subround shape and average weight 256 g. The fruit skin is greenish-yellow covered with bright red on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is crisp,juicy and sweet. The soluble solids content is 12.8%,accompany with 7.64% soluble sugar content and 0.07% titratable acid content. The fruit growth period is 120–130 d and storage-tolerance is high. It matures in early August in Zhengzhou,Henan. The yield is up to 60 t · hm-2.
