橘皮色素的抑菌活性

摘    要:从橘皮中提取醇溶性色素、醚溶性色素、醇水溶性色素和水溶性色素,以苹果腐烂菌等7种病原真菌为目标,采用菌丝生长速率法对橘皮的不同溶剂提取物的抑菌活性进行初步测定。结果表明,醚溶性色素、醇水溶性色素对7种植物病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。在浓度为0.01g/mL时,醚溶性、醇水溶性色素对苹果腐烂病菌的抑菌率均达100.00%。醇水溶性色素对番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌率为82.14%;醚溶性色素对黄瓜枯萎病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、番茄灰霉病菌和苹果斑点落叶病菌的抑菌率分别为67.11%、61.00%、65.71%和64.18%。

Abstract:The tether soluble pigment,alcohol soluble pigment,water soluble pigment and alcohol-water soluble pigment were extracted from orange peel.The antifungal activities were preliminary tested with file methods of hypha growth rate against Valsa mali etc.The results showed that the tether soluble pigment and the alcohol-water soluble pigment had inhibiting effects on the fungi tested.At 0.01g/mL,the inhibiting rates of ether soluble pigment and alcohol water soluble pigment on Valsa mali were 100.00%.The inhibiting rate of alcohol-water soluble pigment on Botrytis cinerea was 82.14%.The inhibiting rates of tether soluble pigment on Fusarium oxysporum,Gibberella zeae,Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria alternata were 67.11%,61.00%,65.71%and 64.18%respectively.
