我国农作物育种高技术研究发展历程及策略探讨

摘    要:农作物育种高技术研究是提高育种效率、确保增产增收的重要保障之一。在系统回顾863计划对农作物育种高技术研究支持的基础上,综合专家问卷调查,分析评估了"十五"863计划农作物育种项目的产出,农作物育种项目总体符合高技术发展的战略需求,为我国农产品的有效供给提供了保障,尤其是在高产优质新品种培育、育种理论和技术创新方面贡献突出。在总结分析农作物育种面临的形势与挑战的基础上,提出了未来我国农作物高技术育种的发展策略。

Abstract:High-tech research on crop breeding is one of the important guarantees for improving breeding efficiency and ensuring crop yield and farmer income increase. On the basis of systematic review of support given by China National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program) for crops breeding research, this paper colligates the questionnaire survey by experts and evaluates the outputs in crop breeding research. The project was in line with the strategic requirements of high-tech development, and the implementation of the project provided a guarantee for the effective supply of agricultural products in china, especially in the breeding of high-yielding and high-quality new varieties, the theory of crops breeding, and the innovation in technology. It also puts forward development strategy for high-tech research on crop breeding in China combining with the confronting situation and challenges.
