角竹开花习性观察及复壮更新对策

１９９３年以来，角竹原产地及引种地相继发生大面积成片开花枯死现象，经调查观察，显示这一现象是角竹进入了周期性成熟衰老阶段的重要表征，由于角竹花的形态结构和花粉生活力存在着严重缺陷，难以采用种子进行有性方式更新，如加强营养生长旺盛鞭系的培育和对开花竹株地下竹鞭萌发的新鞭，具叶小竹的定向培育，可望复壮更新成功。

Observations on Flowering Habit of Phyllostachys fimbriligura and Its Rejuvenation Measures

From 1993, Phyllostachys fimbriligura forests in native habitat-Shangyu of Zhejiang, or introduced to other places has flowered and withered in succcession. Investigations and observations resulted that it had no evident relation with bamboo cultivation time, age, site condition, climate factor and management. It signified Ph. fimbriligura at periodical old period. It was difficult to generative propagation because morphological structare of Flower and viability of pollen had serious defect. Therefore, cultivation should be strengthened to vigous vegetative growth of rhizome and directive cultivation should be made on new rhizome of flowered culms and small bamboo with leaves for rejuvenation.
