农产品品质近红外光谱分析结果影响因素研究综述

摘    要:结合国内外研究现状,针对校正集样品选择,样品粒径、含水率、温度、试验因素,以及预处理和数学建模方法的选择对农产品近红外光谱分析结果的影响进行了探讨分析。分析结果表明:为获得可靠的分析结果,样品选择应均匀、广泛,并应考虑样品粒径、含水率及温度的影响,同时应选择合适的光谱预处理和数学建模算法。

Abstract:Near infrared spectroscopy analysis of the inner quality of agricultural products was a rapid and accurate technique. The effects of sample handling, chemical analysis as well as data processing methods were investigated with regards to the performance of the near infrared spectroscopy technology in determination of inner quality of agricultural products. The analyzed parameters were: 1)range of samples for calibration; 2)physical and chemical properties of samples; 3)errors relating to chemical analysis; 4)fluctuations in apparatus and circumstances; 5)pretreatment methods for NIR spectrum; 6) chemometric methods for calibration and validation analysis. In order to obtain reliable results, it was advisable to take these variables into consideration when establishing NIR models for estimate the ingredients of agricultural products.
