偏心振动式排种系统参数的模拟分析

摘    要:利用Excel对研制的偏心振动式排种系统的固有频率、阻尼比、幅值特性、相位特性及动态响应特性等特性参数进行了模拟分析。结果表明:对于本系统而言,随着排种过程的进行,系统质量逐渐减少,系统的固有频率、阻尼比、输出与输入信号的相位差和输出信号幅值等参数均逐渐加大,这必然导致系统的排种速度逐渐加大。进一步分析结果表明:加大系统不可变质量与可变质量的比值,有助于降低系统固有频率和阻尼比等参数的变化幅度,进而提高排种均匀性。该比值为5时,即可取得较好效果。研究方法与结论对类似机械的参数设计具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:The characteristic parameters of damped frequency,relative damping ratio,amplitude-time response,phase-time response,and dynamic response of the eccentric vibration seed-metering system were simulated with Excel.The results showed that the damped frequency,relative damping ratio,amplitude ratio and phase lag between the output and the input of the system were gradually increasing along with the mass decreasing for the developed system in working.This certainly would result in the seed dropping speed increased gradually.Simulating analysis results showed that enlarged the ratio between the immutable mass and alterable mass of the system could reduce the difference extent of the parameters such as damped frequency,relative damping ratio and so on,so that the seed dropping speed uniformity could be improved.The results also showed that the suitable value of the ratio was about 5.The results of this paper are useful for the design of similar machines.
