双峰驼皮肤的微细结构

实验材料取自8头成年驼的14个部位。结果表明,驼表皮平均厚度为106.50微米,真皮平均厚度为4.88毫米.表皮与真皮的平均厚度分别均比 D.G.Lee 等所报道的要厚.驼表皮和真皮的结构与其它哺乳动物的相似,但其腺体的结构和分布与其它家畜的描述有些不同,毛及毛囊的排列和结构与其它家畜也有差异。骆驼皮肤最明显的特征是毛囊的排列,它们成群埋在网状结缔组织内,呈卵圆形,大小不一.毛囊群由2—6根粗毛组成,粗毛有独自的毛囊,每一毛囊有皮脂腺和汗腺。粗毛周围有2—6束绒毛,每束绒毛由4—12根绒毛组成.可见双峰驼的粗毛数目、绒毛束的数目和每束绒毛的数目均比D.G.Lee 等报道的数目要多.

The Fine Structure of the Skin of Two—Humped Camel

A histological examination of skin specimens of 14 body regions for each camel from 8 adult camels was made in this research.The results showed that the average thickness of the epidermis is 106.50um and the average thickness of the dermis is 4.88mm.The average thickness of the epidermis and the dermis is greater than that reported by D.G.Lée et al.The structure of the epidermis and the dermis of the camel is similar to that of other mammals;but the structure and distribution of glands of the skin of the camel differ in some respects from those of other domestic mammals,so do the arrangement and the structure of the hairs and hair follicles of the camel. The most evident feature of the skin of the camel is that the hair follicles are embedded in reticular connective tissue in groups.The groups of the hair follicles are oval in shape and variable in size.Each group consists of 2-6 cover hairs,The cover hairs have follicles of their own and each of the cover hairs has sebaceous gland and sweat gland.Associated with each cover hair are 2-6 groups of wool hairs,each group of wool hairs consists of 4-12 wool hairs.The findings indicate that the numbers of cover hairs,wool-hair groups,and wool hairs forming each wool-hair group are more than those reported,by D.G.Leé et al.
