摘    要:试验采用温室盆栽试验方法,研究在灭菌土中,不同接种处理下接种丛枝菌根(Arbuscu larMycorrh izal Fungi,AMF)球囊霉属真菌(Glomusspp.)及巨孢球囊霉属真菌(G igasporaspp.)对巨峰葡萄(KyohoVitis ViniferaL.×Vitis La-brusca)扦插苗的生长及N,P,K营养状况的影响。试验共16个处理,4个接种量水平(N1、即CK,不接种,N2,N3,N4分别为每株接种10,30,50个孢子),每个接种量水平下设4种接种时间水平(T1扦插苗成活移栽后立刻接种,T2,T3,T4分别为移栽后第2,3,4周接种),处理时间为120 d。结果表明,AMF真菌侵染葡萄根系形成菌根共生体与其建立共生关系后,能显著增加巨峰葡萄扦插苗的生长量,增加植株的N,P含量,但对K含量无显著促进作用。同时还发现,不同接种处理水平下,AMF真菌的侵染率不同。在试验中,N3T3处理(第3周每株接种30个孢子)下的扦插苗的各项指标综合表现最好。

Abstract:Cuttings of Kyoho grape(Vitis vinifera x V.labrusca) were grown in pots with sterilized soil in a greenhouse with varying quantities of inoculum(0,10,30 and 50 spores per cutting) and at varying inoculation time(0,1,2 and 3 weeks after transplanting) to study the effects of AMF (Glomus spp.and Gigaspora spp.) on the growth and the contents of N,P and K of the cuttings.The treatment lasted 120 days.The results showed that AMF infection significantly promoted the growth of the cuttings and improved N and P nutrition of the grape vines.AMF infection rate varied with treatments,the best effect on growth and nutrition being observed in N_3T_3,i.e.30 AMF spores per cutting inoculation 2 weeks after transplanting.
