新生代农民工的思想问题及对策研究

新生代农民工作为快速成长起来的一个群体,就业和生活环境相对传统农民工有了很大改变。相对于传统农民工,他们渴望良好的工作环境和高薪酬,具有更强烈的融城取向。但是由于城乡二元体系尚存、职业技能低下、生存压力多元化及各种价值观念的影响,新生代农民工渴望发展的心理需求得不到满足,由此引发了一系列的思想问题。因此,充分发挥思想教育工作的积极作用,以企业为依托,为新生代农民工营造＂以人为本＂的工作环境,完善新生代农民工培训机制,同时加强职业归属感教育,从而达到转变其思想观念,提高其思想素质,加快其融城速度的目的。
