| 摘 要： | 以土壤中＂六六六、滴滴涕＂环境标准分析方法为基础,用探头超声波萃取仪、丙酮-正己烷混合溶剂提取土壤中8种＂六六六、滴滴涕＂农药,萃取液经氟罗里硅土柱净化,氮吹浓缩,毛细管柱气相色谱仪分析,方法检出限0.033～0.120μg/kg,空白样品的加标回收率在83.9%～115.0%之间,RSD为4.5%～11.3%。

| Abstract: | Based on the standard BHC and DDT environmental analysis approach of soil,eight BHC and DDT in pesticides were extracted by using ultrasonic wave probe extraction and acetone-hexane mixed solvent,which were purified by Florisil column followed with N concentration.It was finally analyzed by means of capillary gas chromatography.The detec-tion limit of the method is 0.033～0.120 μg/kg,the blank recovery is 83.9%～115.0%,and RSD is 4.5%～11.3%. |
