桑叶中氟离子含量检测方法研究

摘    要:在不同的浸泡、晾干、浸提时间下,利用不同的缓冲液分别处理桑叶并检测其氟含量,探讨不同样品制备方法对测定结果的影响。结果表明,桑叶在200μg/ml氟化钠溶液中浸泡15min,自然晾干、磨碎,在10ml1mol/L盐酸中密闭浸提1h,加入总离子强度调节缓冲剂(TISAB)调节pH值至5~6时,检测的桑叶氟含量与浸泡溶液浓度最接近。

Research on Detection Method of Fluoride Content in Mulberry Leaves

Abstract:Under conditions of different soaking time,airing time and extraction time,the mulberry leaves were treated with different buffer solutions resp. and their fluoride contents were detected for discussing the influences of different sample-preparation methods on determination results. The results showed that when the mulberry leaves were soaked in 200 μg/ml sodium fluoride solution for 15 min,aired naturally,grinded,extracted in 10 ml 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 1 h under sealed condition,the pH value was adjusted to 5~6 through adding total ionic strength adjustment buffer (TISAB),then the detected fluoride content in mulberry leaves was closest to concn. of soaking solution.
