猕猴桃树势对果实大小与品质的影响

以"翠玉"、"楚红"和"米良1号"等3个猕猴桃品种为试材,研究了树势与果实大小、品质、贮藏性的关系.结果表明:树势是影响猕猴桃果实生长发育至关重要的因素,树势强壮的植株其果实大小是树势衰弱者果实大小的1.44～1.75倍,可溶性固形 物含量高出1～1.7个百分点、冷藏寿命最多延长30 d左右.生产上必须从建园、施肥、修剪、疏果等方面培养强壮树势.以枝蔓生长季节末期(6月中旬),当年生枝蔓长枝(≥100 cm)所占比例作为衡量树势强弱的指标.各品种强壮树势具体指标为分别为:"翠玉"30%以上、"米良1号"33%以上、"楚红"40%以上.

Effects of Tree Vigour on Fruit Size and Quality of Kiwifruit

The relationship between tree vigour and fruit size,quality and storability of three kiwifruit cuhivars(A.chinensis var.chinensis cultivars"Cuiyu"and"Chuhong"and A.chinensis var.deliciosa cultivar"Miliang-1") were investigated in this paper.The results showed that tree vigour is a key factor that affecting fruit growth and development;the average fruit size from plant with strong tree vigour was 1.44～1.75 times than that from plants with weaker tree vigour,and the content of soluble solids of fruit from plants with strong tree vigour was 1%～1.7%higher than that from plants with weaker tree vigour;the refrigeration time was 30 days longer than that from plants with weaker tree vigour.In order to culture strong tree vigour,it should pay attention to the aspects of orchard establishment,fertilizer application, pmning and fruit thinning.The proportion of long shoots (≥100 cm)in current year call be used as an indicator to evaluate the tree vigour during the end of the shoot growth season(mid-June).The indicators that evaluate the tree vigour of each variety are as follows:"Cuiyu"is over 30%,"Miliang-1"is over 33% and"Chuhong"is over 40%.
