轴伸贯流式水轮机CFD计算的性能分析

摘    要:针对某水电站GD008—WZ—140轴伸贯流式水轮机运行中存在着出力不足,并伴随有振动和噪声等导致不能正常运行的问题,运用CFD数值模拟技术分析并找出了其问题产生的主要原因,依据最终模拟与性能预测的结果对其翼型与叶片作了修形,并对整个转轮作了改造,设计出了LGD08—WZ—140型转轮.对LGD08—WZ—140型转轮配以原过流通道进行了全流道的CFD数值模拟.对其进行的性能预测与试运行结果表明:机组出力和效率达到并可超出原设计指标要求;噪声明显减弱,已由95 dB降低为83 dB,震动亦基本消除.因此,转轮叶片的改造是成功的.

Abstract:Considering for GD008-WZ-140 shaft extension tubular turbine in some hydropower station, which has serious problems such as loss effort, vibration and noise, CFD was used to study the main reason of the problems. Based on the simulation results and performance prediction, the LGDO8-WZ- 140 runner was designed. The flow in the new runner coupled with the original flow passage was stimula- ted. The results of performance prediction and trial operation show that, the power can exceed the original design standard requirements, the noise reduces from 95 dB to 83 dB, and the vibration is basically eliminated. Therefore, the transformation of this runner is a success.
