葫芦岛市一次冻雨寒潮天气过程分析

2009年10月30日受低空切变线和地面倒槽的影响,葫芦岛市普降小到中雨,西北部山区出现冻雨,降雨过后除绥中外各地出现结冰现象,11月1日西北部山区多数乡镇达到了寒潮标准,11月2日全市除个别乡镇外均达到寒潮蓝色预警级别标准。通过分析乡镇自动站逐时温度分析降温特点、出现冻雨地区,通过高低空实况及T639预报场分析冻雨及寒潮原因,得出预报类似过程预报着眼点。

Diagnosis of Freezing rain and Cold Wave Weather Event in Huludao City

Affected by low-shear line and surface inverted trough on Oct.30th 2009,small to moderate rain occurred in the whole area of Huludao City,freezing rain occurred in northwest mountainous ateas,icing phenomenon emerged in most area except Suizhong County after raining.On Nov.1st,most towns in northwest mountainous areas of Huludao City,except some towns,met the standard of blue warning level of cold wave.Based on the data of automatic timing temperature,the characteristics of cooling and the areas of freezing rain were analyzed based on the data of high and low air level and T639 forecast field,the reason of freezing rain and cold wave was studied based on the summary of this forming process of cold wave and freezing rain,find out the forecast focus of similar process.
