关于我国森林资源经营管理机制的研究

随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,传统森林经营管理体系与现行体制的矛盾越来越突出。如何构建适应市场经济体制的森林经营管理体系已成为林业行政主管部门的焦点问题。本文就这一问题进行了系统地分析,试图描述森林经营管理系统的基本框架和构成这一框架的各要素在系统中的作用。

Study on China''''s Forest Resources Management Mechanism

With the socialist market economic system being gradually perfected, the contradictions between the traditional forest management system and the present one have become increasingly obvious. How to establish a forest management system suited to the market economy has become a focus of the forestry administrative agency in charge. This paper has systematically analyzed this issue and tried to give a general picture about the basic framework of such a forest management system, and about the function of each component of the framework in the system.
