浅谈玉米抗丝黑穗病育种

摘    要:针对国内玉米抗丝黑穗病育种现状和存在问题,简要分析了国内外种质资源的抗性,探讨了通过改良现有优良自交系,引进外来种质资源等技术来选育新的抗病高配合力的优良自交系,再组配出抗玉米丝黑穗病杂交种方面的研究成果,并简要概括了分子生物技术在玉米抗丝黑穗病育种上的应用.

Abstract:The resistance to head smut in maize germplasm domestic and abroad was analyzed. The technology to improve elite inbred lines and to introduce foreign germplasm was discussed. The foreign germplasm and elite inbred lines with high resistance to head smut and high combining ability might be used to develop new inbred lines and hybrids with resistance to head smut and higher yield. The application of biological technology in breeding to head smut in maize was also briefed.
