荸荠球茎膨大生理的研究

摘    要:“大红袍”荸荠在定植80d(约10月下旬)时株高、每株分株数及叶状茎数分别较9月上旬增加55.8%、288.24%和493.04%,叶面积指数由0.77升至4.51。球茎膨大生长与气温和日照长度均呈显著的负相关(r值分别为-0.97和-0.99)。荸荠球茎不同部位之间碳水化合物含量及淀粉酶、转化酶活性有差异。球茎膨大过程中,其内生长抑制物质的相对含量逐渐降低,而生长促进物质的相对含量则不断提高。

Abstract:Seedlings of“Dahongpao”were planted in July in a space of 50×50cm.In late October (about 80 days after planting),average height of plant,numbers of offshoots and leafy stems (vestigial leaves) per plant increased by 55.80%, 288.24%, and 493.04%, as compared with that of early September,respectively.LAI increased from 0.77 to 4.51.The corms formed mostly in middle and late September.It took about 70 days for expansion growth of individual corm,which could be divided into three developmental stages.It was found that both growth-promoting and growth-inhibiting substances existed simultaneously in the acidic fraction of the extracts of the corm.During corm cxpansion growth,a steady decrease in inhibitors and a concomitant increase in promotors were observed.GA-like substances were detected in the corm juice.
