概念设计方法及其在农业机械装备研发中的应用

摘    要:概念设计的核心是创新设计,旨在确定待设计产品具有市场竞争力的新型工作原理。通过运用诸如TRIZ等先进设计原理进行农业机械装备的概念设计,不仅能够有效地加快设计进程,而且更重要的是能够研发出性能完善的优质创新产品。为此,分析了我国农业机械装备的设计特点;讨论了概念设计的基本原理和基本方法;收集了应用概念设计理论进行农业机械装备研发的实例,并对所采用的几种概念设计方法进行了探讨;进而对进行农业机械装备概念设计的一般方法进行了归纳。

Abstract:Being the core of conceptual design, creative design aims at determining the new working principle for competitive products to be designed. By using the advanced design principle such as TRIZ, not only the course of designing agricultural machine and equipment can be accelerated efficiently, but also it is more important that high-quality and innovative product with perfect performance can be investigated and developed viably. In this paper, the characteristics of designing agricultural machine and equipment were analyzed and primary principle and method about conceptual design was introduced. Several instances of application of conceptual design principle to innovating in agricultural machine and equipment were collected, and the relative conceptual design methods were discussed. Furthermore, the run-of-mill conceptual designing methodology of developing agricultural machine and equipment by were summarized.
