国外油气管道修复技术

叙述了对国外特别是北美和俄罗斯等国的管道大修施工技术水平、修复方法、材料和设备进行的系统调研情况,认为调研结果对我国引进国外先进的修复技术、机械化修复设备和产品,提高我国油气管道的修复技术水平、施工质量和进度,具有重要的指导性作用,尤其是对我国东部管网进行全面改造,实现东部原油管网再安全运行20年的目标具有参考价值.

A General Review: Rehabilitation Technology of Oil and Gas Pipelines at Abroad

This paper generally describes the systematical investigation and study on the status quo of oil and gas pipelines rehabilitation, rehabilitation methods,materials and/or equipments,especially in the North Ameri ca and Russia. The authors consider that the investigation report is important and instructive for introducing foreign pipeline rehabilitation technology,mechanical equipment and something like that to China and ensuring the rehabilitation capacity, quality and progress, especially the important reference to China's eastern oil pipeline network in technical reform to realize a 20-year's safe operation.
