碾压混凝土坝现场施工调度管理系统研究

摘    要:在对碾压混凝土坝浇筑全过程进行实时仿真的基础上,根据模拟结果的资源流动路线,得出机械配置路线,经过与上期机械配置的对比,得出机械调度路线。该系统通过模块化设计,实现了不同工况下的实时仿真,可以更真实的反应施工现场状况,保证了施工调度的及时性、准确性,调度结果对调度决策的制定具有十分重要的参考作用。通过实例分析说明,该系统是有效的、可靠的。

Abstract:Based on the overall-process simulation of Roller Compacted Concrete(RCC) dam construction,a real-time dynamic model is set up.According to the simulation results on resources,mechanical configuration route are reached.Comparing the route with the previous mechanical configuration data,it is concluded that mechanical scheduling data.With the modular design,the system achieved the real-time simulation under different working conditions.Meantime,it can actually reflect the uncertainties of the RCC dam constru...
