| 摘 要： | 多年来,天津市高度重视工业节水工作,在工业增加值较快增长的同时,天津市工业取水量不增反降,说明天津市工业节水成效显著,水的利用效率高。采用数据包络分析（DEA）中具有非阿基米德无穷小量ε的CCR和CCGSS模型,对2006年天津市4个工业企业的6个节水项目进行投入产出的相对有效性进行分析。结果显示工业节水项目比生活节水项目有较高的效率,工业节水效益较好。其结果可为节水及其管理和决策提供有益的参考。
