小型水电站更新改造决策模式研究

摘    要:早期建成的小型水电站经长期运行普遍存在设备老化、效率低下、安全隐患严重等问题,急需进行技术更新改造,而如何判断电站改造的先后次序,是目前小水电站改造的关键.为此,建立多层次多目标小型水电站更新改造评价指标体系,采用改进型层次分析法计算指标权重值,通过综合决策模型判断需改造电站的轻重缓急程度,可为有序高效进行电站技术更新改造提供技术支持.
