滴灌灌水器复杂流道局部阻力特征的试验研究

摘    要:以3种复杂流道(涡流,菱形绕流,矩形绕流)作为研究对象,通过光固化立体造型快速成型技术分单元制造流道单元试验件,利用压力-流量试验得出流道的局部阻力系数及其与流道单元数之间的变化规律,为灌水器高效流道设计以及新型灌水器研发提供理论依据.试验结果表明:流道的局部阻力系数随着流道单元数的增加而线性增长;涡流流道的局部阻力系数随着工作水压的增大逐渐增大,而菱形绕流和矩形绕流流道的局部阻力系数则随工作水压的增大而逐渐减小.

Abstract:The local resistance coefficient of three kinds of complex flow channels(vortex,diamond-shaped round-flow and rectangular round-flow) is studied in this paper.Unit flow channel prototypes are manufactured through rapid prototyping technology(stereo lithography apparatus,SLA).The rule of the relationship between flow channel's local resistance coefficient and its unit number can be drawn by the pressure-flow experiment.This can provide a theoretical basis for the design of highly efficient flow channels and ...
