摘    要:本文应用单细胞凝胶电泳(或彗星试验)研究了铬(Cr~(+3))对鲫鱼肾细胞DNA的损伤作用。结果表明,A组(0.8mg/l)、B组(1.6mg/l)和C组3.2mg/l)均可引起DNA的损伤。带有彗尾细胞的百分比值和彗尾长度均可依铬浓度增加而上升,呈现出剂量效应关系。本实验提示,铬浓度在不超过渔业水质标准的情况下,可引起鲫鱼肾细胞DNA的损伤。

Abstract:Using single cell gel - eletrophoresis (or comet assay)this paper presents the effects of chronium(Cr+3)on DNA breaks in.carp(Carassius auratus)kidney cells. The results show that a highly significant increase in DNA migration in DNA-damaged carp kidney cells was induced by three concentrations of chromium(Cr+3)compared with control (P< 0. 01). The percentage of DNA-damaged carp kidney cells was also increased. It is suggested that chromium can induce DNA damage and has toxic effect on carp kidney cells
