池塘养殖卵形鲳鲹早期形态性状与体质量的灰色关联分析

摘    要:目的]确定影响卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)体质量的主要形态性状,为其人工选育提供重要的技术参数.方法]随机选取45、65和110日龄3个不同生长阶段的池塘养殖的卵形鲳鲹群体,共383尾,采用灰色关联分析方法对其全长、体长、体高、头长、头高、吻长、眼径、眼后头长、尾柄长和尾柄高等10个形态性状与体质量的关联度进行分析,以此评价各形态性状对体质量的相对重要性.结果]不同生长阶段卵形鲳鲹形态性状与体质量的灰色关联度存在一定差异,其中,45日龄卵形鲳鲹形态性状与体质量的关联度在0.709~0.854,关联度排序为:体长>全长>体高>头长>眼后头长>尾柄高>头高>眼径>尾柄长>吻长;65日龄卵形鲳鲹形态性状与体质量的关联度在0.788~0.904,关联度排序为:体长>全长>体高>头高>头长>尾柄高>尾柄长>眼后头长>吻长>眼径;110日龄卵形鲳鲹形态性状与体质量的关联度在0.674~0.826,关联度排序为:体长>体高>全长>头长>眼后头长>尾柄高>头高>眼径>吻长>尾柄长.各生长阶段卵形鲳鲹形态性状与体质量的相关系数均达极显著水平(P<0.01),且相关性最高的前3个形态性状均为体长、全长和体高.结论]在不同生长阶段卵形鲳鲹的各形态性状中,以体长与体质量的关联度最高,全长和体高次之,因此生产中宜将体长和体高作为间接选育卵形鲳鲹体质量的形态指标.

Abstract:Objective]The main morphological traits affecting the body weight of Trachinotus ovatus were deter-mined to provide important technical parameters for artificial breeding of it.Method]A total of 383 T. ovatus populations were randomly selected from three different growth stages of pond culture,including 45,65 and 110 days post hatching (DPH). Grey relational analysis was used to analyze correlation degree between ten morphological traits(total length, body length,body height,head length,head height,rostrum length,eye diameter,post-eye head length,caudal pedun-cle length and caudal peduncle height) and body weight so as to evaluate the relative importance of each morphological trait on body weight.Result]There were certain differences in gray correlation between morphological traits and body weight of T. ovatus at different growth stages. The grey relational degrees between morphological traits and body weight of 45 DPH was 0.709-0.854. The descending relational order of the morphological traits was:body length>total length>body height>head length>post-eye head length>caudal peduncle height>head height>eye diameter>caudal peduncle length>rostrum length. The grey relational degrees between morphological traits and body weight of 65 DPH were in the interval of 0.788-0.904. The descending relational order of the morphological traits was:body length>total length>body height>head height>head length>caudal peduncle height>caudal peduncle length>post-eye head length>rostrum length>eye diame-ter. The grey relational degrees between morphological traits and body weight of 110 DPH was in 0.674-0.826. The descen-ding relational order of the morphological traits was:body length>body height>total length>head length>post-eye head length>caudal peduncle height>head height>eye diameter>rostrum length>caudal peduncle length. The correlation coeffi-cient between morphological traits and body weight of T. ovatus reached extremely significant level at each growth stage (P<0.01),and top three morphological traits with the highest correlation were total length,body length and body height.Conclusion]Among all the morphological traits of T. ovatus at various growth stages,the relational degree between body length and body weight is the highest,and that of total length and body height is the second. Therefore,body length and body height can be set as the indirect morphological traits for body weight in T. ovatus breeding.
