The rural cooperative,a new main model of the rural market,is an important means to resolve the conflict between the small-scale production and the big marketplaces in rural areas.It also plays a pivotal role in building a new socialist countryside.This article found out the experiences and existing problems and provided suggestions to promote the healthy development of the rural cooperative by investigating Minghe banana cooperative in Gaozhou city of Guangdong province.
