| 摘 要： | 利用2种DNA提取方法获得了粗柄鸡枞菌总DNA,并比较了2种方法之间的提取效果,利用分子生物学方法扩增并克隆出粗柄鸡枞菌长632 bp的ITS区序列,为以后的鸡枞菌培养及鉴定奠定了一定的基础。

| Abstract: | The total DNA of Termitomyces robustus was isolated by two different methods, and its extraction yield was also compared. The internal transcribed spacer(ITS) region in rRNA gene was cloned and sequenced, and the sequence was compared with others species.The results showed that the cloning and sequencing of ITS region was a good method to identify the species of Termitomyces. |
