陕北沙漠土壤颉抗放线菌的生物活性及理化特性研究

摘    要:笔者从采自陕北沙漠的沙土中分离出一株链霉菌A1。通过对其进行的包括形态、生理生化特性等方面的研究,初步确定其为链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。室内活性测定结果表明该菌株具有广谱、较强的抗真菌和细菌活性。盆栽试验中,A1菌株的发酵液对小麦白粉病的保护作用达到87.85%,治疗效果也达到81.19%。田间试验结果表明A1菌株的发酵液对黄瓜霜霉病的相对防治效果为78.97%,是一株具有广谱抗菌活性的潜力菌株。

Abstract:Strain A1 was isolated from sand in desert area of Shanbei,China.Based on the test results of morphology,physiology and biochemistry characteristics,we proposed it primarily as a Streptomycete.The results of fungicidal activity of fermentation products showed that Strain A1 had broad-spectrum and strong activity against pathogenic fungi and bacteria.The results of pot tests showed that the fermentation broths exhibited a protective efficacy of 87.85% and a therapeutic efficacy of 81.19% against Erusiphe graminis.The field tests results showed that the fermentation broth of strain A1 exhibited a relative efficacy of 78.97% against Pseudoperonospora cubensis.
